Check out these dates and rewards, <strong>you could be in a game with the writers of Delta Green.<\/strong> Time is running out, so act fast!<\/p>\n<h2><em>Event submissions<\/em>\u00a0end March 10, 2018<\/h2>\n<p>Late event submissions continue until early July, 2018, but we strongly encourage you to submit events by the March 10th deadline in order to make sure the events make it into the printed program book and qualify for free badges.<\/p>\n<h2>GM Rewards<\/h2>\n<p>Each game is scheduled for four hours (including a little time at the beginning to introduce everyone to each other and the game) and should be open to five players (or six if you prefer). The more games you run, the more rewards you get.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 game\u2014swag!<\/strong>\u00a0$20 in credit toward Arc Dream Publishing products at our Gen Con 2018 booth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 games\u2014better swag!<\/strong>\u00a0As above, and choose one Delta Green collectible at the Arc Dream booth: T-shirt, patch, challenge coin, etc. Or get another $20 in booth credit if you prefer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 games\u2014free badge!<\/strong>\u00a0As above, and get a free Gen Con badge! Or get another $20 in booth credit if you prefer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4 games\u2014game with us!<\/strong>\u00a0As above, and play in a game with one of our authors at Gen Con 2018. That will depend on everyone\u2019s schedules, but we\u2019ll do everything we can to make it happen. If the schedules don\u2019t line up, we\u2019ll set up an online game instead. Or get another $20 in booth credit if you prefer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>We must submit your Arc Dream games in Gen Con\u2019s system for you to qualify for these rewards.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you submit Arc Dream-related games on your own, that\u2019s great! But those won\u2019t count toward these rewards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase your badge!<\/strong> Be sure to purchase your badge now! You can&#8217;t get a hotel room without one. You&#8217;ll be reimbursed automatically once you have 3 games approved in the GenCon system.<\/p>\n<h2>Register Your Events With Arc Dream<\/h2>\n<p>You have 2 options for registering events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email\u00a0your\u00a0event details to Simeon here at Arc Dream<\/strong> (<a href=\"mailto:simeon.cogswell@gmail.com\">simeon.cogswell@gmail.com<\/a>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your name<\/li>\n<li>your email address as it is registered with Gen Con<\/li>\n<li>game system<\/li>\n<li>date of the game<\/li>\n<li>time of the game<\/li>\n<li>title<\/li>\n<li>short description of the game<\/li>\n<li>number of players (five or six)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfCvPpAGVvg3V7Yo0wCQVQII8TTwmUIl_pRBDdYWIZ_19YdZg\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enter the data for each event in this form.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you run three or more events for us you get a free badge.
