Arc Dream Publishing and Cubicle 7 Entertainment are pleased to announce a new publishing partnership. Cubicle 7 will publish the \u201cWild Talents<\/a>\u201d game line developed and produced by Arc Dream, beginning in January 2010 with the Second Edition of the \u201cWild Talents<\/a>\u201d roleplaying game. The \u201cWild Talents\u201d sourcebooks \u201cThe Kerberos Club<\/a>,\u201d \u201cThis Favored Land<\/a>,\u201d and \u201cGrim War<\/a>\u201d will follow in February, March, and April, with further releases planned throughout the year.<\/p>\n

Arc Dream Publishing\u2019s president and managing editor Shane Ivey said, \u201cWe\u2019re very excited about the dynamic approach that Cubicle 7 is taking with its game lines, and we\u2019re thrilled to be working with Angus and Dom to bring \u2018Wild Talents\u2019 to a broader audience than ever before.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWild Talents,\u201d written by Dennis Detwiller, Greg Stolze, Kenneth Hite, and Shane Ivey, first appeared in 2006 in a limited edition of 1,000 books, published by Arc Dream with the help of hundreds of fans of its World War II superhero roleplaying game \u201cGodlike.\u201d Arc Dream\u2019s president Shane Ivey explained: \u201cManufacturing a full-color, hardback game book like Wild Talents would have been ruinously expensive for a modest outfit like ours, so we took the matter to the fans directly. We set up a sort of \u2018pledge drive.\u2019 Fans of the game could pledge to place a pre-order, but we would ask them to commit to the actual orders only if and when enough pledges came in to finance the book. We expected it would take a month or so to generate all the pledges we\u2019d need. It took 36 hours. That showed us very clearly the enthusiasm among our fans for Wild Talents. We released the limited edition and immediately set to work developing the next edition of the game.\u201d<\/p>\n
