Getting the game in europe?

So few questions there, does anyone know if I can get the game in europe? Or any european seller for that matter? Also whats the difference between the Pocket and Full HC edition? Is the Hardcover "older" and the pocket kinda like the new edition?

The text in the Pocket Edition and the Completely Monstrous Edition is exactly the same. The only difference is that the Pocket Edition is paperback.
